£17 - £28 per hour
Hays Healthcare are working exclusively with NHS Direct to supply temporary nursing staff nationwide. We are looking for nurses interested in working in Newcastle. Working as a nurse telephone advisor, you will triage calls from the public, nationwide and give health advice, reassurance and information, using decision assist computer software.
They will commence in February/March 2012, after recruitment assessment, two weeks full time paid training and a further 3 week mentor/preceptorship.
We immediately need experienced nurses to work a minimum 28 - 30 hours per week, for 6 to 8 hour sessions, mainly evenings, weekends and public holidays.
