Due to the increase in demand for day to day supply teachers in Newcastle and the surrounding areas, Capita Education Resourcing Education are currently seeking flexible teachers with strong behaviour management experience to work within a challenging Secondary school.
Our client is a large Secondary school in Newcastle and has a high proportion of children with various forms of challenging behaviour on roll. Due to this reason they are seeking qualified teachers who have previously worked in challenging environments and will thrive on a placement where no day will be the same as the last.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status
- Have experience of working with children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Be resilient
- Be able to communicate with and engage children in learning in the face of adversity
The client are able to offer day to day supply within the school however will actively take on teachers that get on well on a longer term basis. If you are a Secondary trained teacher that thrives in a challenging environment and are looking for supply work then you could be exactly what this school are looking for.
